It's going to get worse before it gets better. Jack is going to re-assess every employee, the head honchos did actually give over the 10% of the Children to the 456 in this reality. He's got a lot of way to go before he 'sorts' it out and makes sure that doesn't happen. He's got a lot of demons to fight... it's such a sad thing to write, especially the bit I just wrote when he's in bed with Tosh and he's having bad dreams.
