I hear this constantly. The idea is supposed to be that since these women are Muslim, they naturally agree with the interpretation that they should get the hell back in the kitchen and get to work on that sammich, and that my idea that they should not be legally forced to be in the kitchen (and my assumption that they would rather not be legally forced to be in the kitchen) is disrespectful to THEIR religious beliefs.
