Not Dead Yet

So here I am in Terminal 3 at Heathrow. I stayed up all night and got a cab at 4:15 AM. It’s 6:33 now, and my flight was supposed to leave at 7:55. Unfortunately, my father’s travel agent apparently never confirmed my ticket change from 3 June to today, and they didn’t have me in the system

nice place -- how was bill? what did he talk about? just seeing him must've been cool enough. i'm reading his book right now and am finding it kind of dull. don't get me wrong, he's a fine writer, but the title, My Life, doesn't lie -- it describes every damn detail you never wanted to know about while efficiently sidestepping most of the juicy stuff. i'm still gonna finish it though, i haven't gotten to ken starr yet!

i'm curious if this grey-ponytailed man of which you speak was my sociology professor last year, charles elder. if his legs were longer than his torso, his biceps were the size of Tonka trucks, and had large wire-rimmed glasses, then it's a match.
