i signed a lease! i move in april 1st. the place is at 519 martin street here in muncie. i plan on selling ice cream and music and maybe having some small shows there. i will live upstairs. i'm really excited.
anybody have any extra sinks or kitchen cabinets or paint or wood or couches or tables or chairs?
