I am tired of the goddamn fighting grow the fuck up. Any apartment if the tenant asks the rentor is "required" to provide a walk through, not encouraged, required to provide one. If the rentor does not comply they are specifically fucked. Now Josh does not communicate well nor is he a specifically good roommate, however you have to communicate well
