Ziplock Ice Cream (from Dana H.)
In a small ziplock bag I put 3/4 cup whole milk and a 1/4 cup heavy cream, several splashes of vanilla extra, a few shakes of cinnamon and 2 spoonfuls of sugar.
In a big ziplock bag I put a whole bunch of ice and about 3 spoonfuls of kosher salt. (Not sure if the type of salt matters or not).
