I don't mind loud at certain hours, especially when I'm lazy to switch on my own music, but loud at 2, 3am pisses the shit out of me! But then again, I can't complain, suppose to be anonymous...sheesh. And read the Sunday Times if you can get your hands on it, that will show you why you should not have music on LOUD.
