This weekend started off on a bad note; my tenants are now 30 days late on their rent, my car is leaking oil and my house needs a paint job. I can’t afford two mortgages too long, but I guess I should have thought of that before I bought the second house. She keeps giving me a bogus excuse that her employer hasn’t paid her. What a crock of Shit
