Ahhh, talking about all those Mexican restaurants in EP has made me nostalgic. My fave place of all time was downtown, it was El Monterrey...and for the love of God, I miss Panchos! The idea of a sopapilla here in Nebraska is a joke, it's flat for God's sake.
