I have to finalize 2005 Holiday schedule for our company and realized that Christmas and New Years falls on a weekend this year. Wondering what your company is doing to comp those days? Are they giving you 26th off or giving you another holiday

Christmas Day falls on a Sunday so then I should give Friday, 23rd off? Or should I give Friday, 30th off in order to prepare for New Years, Since it falls on Sunday as well. I should just give both Friday's off since I just reviewed the holidays at our Indian office and they have 12 holidays per year.

Since x-mas fall on a Sunday, you should give them Monday off. Who wants to go into work the day after x-mas!

Or if you can, give the Friday before and the Monday after.
