I remember reading a book once about how to exercise your eyes and such. A bunch of tricks to improve eyesight. I forgot most of them. I just know that it ran contrary some of the popular medical beliefs about eyes. Sort of saying that our eyes when exercised properly can do some self-correction. I didn't really go through the program outlined, still I know that if I go without my glasses on for a few days, my vision will improve. Things are still blurry, but I can start to see things that I couldn't a couple days earlier. I learned this while river rafting once because I damaged my glasses early on the first day and spent the rest of the trip without. When I really don't want drastic changes in prescription for my glasses, I will go without as much as I can the week before an eye exam.

Well, you've had those glasses for how long? Sense Middle School? I think its time to get some new ones, or at least visit the eye doctor for a prescription check.

I know that sometimes, bad eyesight is an indication that there is something in your life that you don't want to see or accept. Sudden Eyesight Improvement can often be caused by recognizing and/or accepting something you didn't before.
