so the unm composer's symposium was the last few days, it was really cool. the feature artist was steve schick, arguably the greatest percussionist ever. he did two concerts last night, both of which were way out there musically, but were still incredible. he played an hour and a half of the most complex music ive ever heard, from memory, it was ( Read more... ) -

spring break is over, it was awesome. only had to work monday and tuesday, and had three days off in a row for the first time in wayyyyyyyy too long. so what did i do? smoked a lot of pot, had a two day cookout with a stupid amount of meat, and watched as a fort was constructed in our living room, essentially making it into two rooms. we moved win' ( Read more... ) -
