I gotz some details.
The "edicts" mentioned was an undeserved payraise to Ms. Calagna. Nepotism rules at Franklin extend to two people who share a mortage. Ms. Christen and Ms. Calagna share a mortage. They resigned to escape the inevitable malestrom.
