DSL Extreme

Last night, unbeknownst to me, BellSouth upgraded my account to DSL Extreme. I had called a few days before to request this after recieving a flier in the mail. For only $5 more I could have twice the download bandwidth that I had been accustomed. So I am waiting for the confirmation e-mail that was supposed to be delivered to my bellsouth e-
