right....so i've been telling everyone that i'm pretty much ok in the wake of my breakup w/ the boyfriend. i didn't see him a LOT when we were together, so it's not that much of a change that i don't see him now that we're not together. yet i could reach him if i needed to, which is a comforting thought. and i think he'd be responsive

Wow, sounds like you're doing pretty well for a break-up from a long-term relationship. You are actually able to get busy enough to not think about it. The way break-ups affect me, I can't bring myself to stop thinking about it. The guy completely pervades my thoughts. You're doing well!
