Progress!

Thanks so much for the input yesterday! I was kind of freaking out about my to do list, so I ended up taking off yesterday and working on the place. In addition to that scrolly board, I fixed the cabinet latches and removed the rest of the wallpaper. I also got a bunch of stuff ready for donation. Here are some progress pics. I'm so glad I didn't have to remove the original wallpaper. From the looks of that patching, it was a bitch!

That's a mighty good question. Yesterday was the "I make peace with this project taking 5 times longer than I want it to" day. I pretty much sanded and spackled all day, while Jeff primed the paneling boards. I was tired and stressed by the end of it. We did make a giant drop off at Savers though, so all of the clothing and odds and ends that we aren't saving are now cleared out.
