My favorite band

Edit: See Paramore's MTV interview about all of this here.I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'm some glad Hanson is my favorite band. My second favorite keeps changing, and no one seems to be as stable, no matter how genuine they appear at first. Hanson have been solid for 13 years and I still love them ( Read more... )

As a complete outsider with no idea about any of these people, the second one sounds more true in the sense of factual, just by the wording and way it was written, idk.

haha, Thanks :) Yeah the first one was an official statement by the band/management/company people, the second was a personal blog by the ex-guitarist. I don't doubt for a second that all of what he said is true. It's just... was it necessary? And was it done tactfully and maturely? I dunno.... it's all just very amazing to me.

ha, well I love Hayley's voice, I think she has the best one I've ever heard. And I'm a Christian too so I guess that's another reason why I like em :) All of this has calmed down at this point... I think the remaining three will be fine. And I'll keep my ear to the ground to see what the Farros get up to...

I dislike about 85% of the female singers in the world...

And I'm a christian...? I just can't stand people (and bands) who feel the need to quote the bible 24/7 and shove that nonsense down peoples throats.

Yeah. tbh I've never felt Paramore pushing it down people's throats. They do some outros that are explicitly Christian, and sometimes Hayley blogs about her faith but she puts up disclaimers first and she doesn't come across as abrubt about it. Josh has always been the more outspoken about his faith, and he never really talked at all until now, after all of this exploded. Which I'm not even sure was the Christian thing to do...
