Yes I know I do a lot of that. (thinking)I received an email today from a friend. She is having a rough time with a man in her life. Got me to thinking. I know dangerous. I have not been writing all my thoughts in this journal, bc they are personal and well my thoughts. The ones I have written here are as well, but only half of them are my thoughts

Well I agree with you but I think if she still loves him then she should make the effort if she doesnt still make the effort anyway and move on.Put yourself and your kids first and even at times you can be selfish and put your self before your kids you are allowed to do that.It doesnt make you a bad mum it will actually make you a better mum.

She still loves him, but he has disrespected her for years. I just wish she could find peace of mind with the whole thing. She has been unhappy too long, I am worried she will lose herself in the whole thing if she does not do something fast. No matter if she stays or goes.... Losing yourself is easy when you love someone, and they are hurting you. You try to make yourself what they want, for the most part. Well maybe not everyone, but alot of ppl do that. She has a hard time putting herself first. She has put him and the kids before herself. She used to be bubbly, now she is quiet. You can see the pain in her eyes. I just dont know how to help, more than being here for her.

Hi Pebbles, I haven't been able to get into my email account for the last week. The password mysteriously changed when my computer crashed. So annoying because I don't have the info I need to get a new password and I may not be able to get into it again. Makin me shitty. Thats why I haven't replied to your last email. Anyway, you don't have to tell me all your thoughts I just like to know things that happen in your life, good or bad. I'll email you when I get an address sorted out.
