jasmine toh, can you please tell me what happen to my elf item from spree 14? I have not receive any updates from you since you have received my order. I understand that you sent an email to all spreers on 23 Oct when item arrived but I did not receive the email. I thought you were moving house so gave you some time to respond but you didn't reply to any of my email at all. Please get back to me asap.
