I took him back because of inactivity when the truth was that I didn't have it in me to be active again myself. There's a time and a season for everything, if you believe ancient Christian texts and 60s folk songs. Which you shouldn't, for the record, but this is an exception. The truth of the matter is my heart hasn't been in it since I came back, and that only has a little to do with how godawful "Mr. A-Z" is.

Coming back did accomplish a couple of important things, though, and having made my peace in a couple of places this puppy can be shut down without regrets or second or third looks. I think you're a bunch of cool cats and kittens despite all your bickering ways, and I wish everyone who reads this nothing but calm waters and smooth sailing.

If you're crazy enough to want to find me in the land of not-make-believe, drop a note here or email ljcurbsideprophet@hotmail.com and we'll make it happen.

So long, thanks for the memories. Thanks especially to Matt and Howie and Natalie and Sanoe and Tom and Mark and Jake and Mandy and XY and Rzez and JC and Skeebler, some of whom I know beyond this box and some that I don't. You've made this a hell of a ride, and while there have been other VIPs in the cast of characters, you've all affected me here, there and everywhere, and I'm grateful for the lot of you.

He's up for grabs, first come, first served. I would just encourage whoever takes up the charge to do right by him. For all his quirks and eccentricities he's a decent enough guy, and I wish you the best of luck.

Peace out, kids.
