On saturday there was a -2 low tide at noon. It was just about the lowest tide I ever recall seeing. Went down to Marina beach and you could walk out about 2/3 the length of the oil docks. People were walking around the area where I had once dove in 10-15 feet of water and swam with a harbor seal. Pretty cool.

Did you turn rocks over and harass all the washeed-up sea life? That was one of my favorite things as kid (or not) when the tide was out really far.

I miss living near the water.

The beach we were at is more sandy than rocky, but there's always neat stuff to look at.
