The job thing isn't too hard. You act polite, wear a navy blue suit, and never admit to faults even when they ask. Your biggest fault is that you take on too much or expect perfection. Then end. You play up your education (and any academic achievement if possible like a scholarship or good test scores), and you try and be as pleasant and friendly as possible. (You are friendly and waaaay more outgoing than me, so you're on the plus side there.) And be confident.
And remember that NO ONE likes job interviews, even the people doing them so if you can get the interviewer talking about themselves, you're ahead of the game. And if it will help, you can use me as a reference. Put the CPA after my name and it'll look way more impressive than it is. I'll tell them you're full of awesome.
