a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge

It was cold today, but the sky was clear and the sun was shining. I walked from Brooklyn to Manhattan late in the afternoon, taking all the same pictures as dozens of other people. I guess you can find pictures like these and much better anywhere, but I love being able to be there myself. There are 10 pictures (in order) behind the cut.

Wow, these are breath taking shots.

They really gave me a sense of the gigantic feel of the city. It really does make the biggest city i've ever been to: London pale in comparison.

Thank you, and you're welcome! I come from the countryside, and now every night I come home from work I drive past this view of lower Manhattan. I don't know if I'll ever get tired of it.
