Supergirl
Because I am a follower, I have drawn Supergirl, and it falls into the usual things I do for superhero drawings, of putting them in sneakers and trying to make them look much more unsnazzy and so forth. I also don't really know anything about Supergirl, or the way that she has been being written that annoys
dryponder and others so much. I don't know if there is some reason given that she wears a skirt. I mean.. come on. She is flying around and she wears a skirt? How much sense does that make?
As I was typing up there before the picture, I was reminded of a story from one of those DC collections where they had "indy" comickers doing DC superheroes. And one story I liked was either written or drawn by Dylan Horrocks, and had Hawkman helping a bird that had its eggs or babies stolen or something. But what I liked about the story was the idea of Hawkman helping out this bird with its bird problems. Unfortunately aliens and supervillains appeared, but there was that brief moment of going "What an awesome idea!"
