Basically, it's like Korean BBQ. At the place I go to, you sit at a table with a grill built in, and you get a plate of raw meat. You place the meat on the grill and cook it yourself, as little or as much at a time as you want. That's about it in a nutshell.

OKAY, I get it! I've actually been to one of those here in our local Korean-town. I'm sure it's not quite the same, but it *was* delicious.
