Thanks! I wish I could work from home too, but generally I think I am more productive in the office... fewer distractions... however.. only during off-hours. I don't understand why employers insist on core business hours. They say that its so "you're around if people need you", but that's a recipe for inefficiency. If you can be interrupted at any possible second to answer dumb questions, you probably aren't getting much work done...
