I don't know if it's "better" employment. My last job was 5 miles from my apartment, and I really liked the people. Perhaps the people at the new place will be just as good, but perhaps they won't. All I'm saying is... while money is a factor (and the biggest factor at that!), its not the only factor, and I have to consider that tripling or quadrupling my commute will cut into my take-home pay, as well as my free time.

But yeah - I am excited about FO 22 too
