Chapter 183:
183 starts off with Riko chopping a few Bakufu people. Haha, rereading volume 19 made me realized that Riko was such an immature brat then! He has this relationship with Inori similar to like Zenmaru and Gama. It’s just hard to believe the calm Riko and that were the same person! It was mostly talk this chapter. Jinsuke and Inori chats a bit (man I cannot wait for that fight to happen! Two majorly strong people clashing together are bound to be epic).
Scene shifts back to Zenmaru and co. and Kai and Kujou have begun to start off their epic fight. You know, it’s been so long since everything I’m not even sure anymore what the whole betrayal business was. Kujou did it because the Bakufu was afraid of Muhou’s powers right? Right? Lol. Now how exactly did Kujou manage pull off his plan again?
Zenmaru is just standing there in this immense bloodshed aura wondering what he should do (aw cute).
Kai’s like (to Zenmaru). I’ll fight you after I’m done with Kujou. And like. Having you come here was a growth I didn’t expect. I have to praise you for that… or something to those lines. Awww… I’m just a sucker for sibling relationships.
And for some reason, Kujou is actually the strongest (?) member of Oogame school? Well Kujou says he’s been above Kai in terms of strength since Oogame, and Kai commented that besides Jinsuke, Kujou was the only one who was able to master all five… uh… elements… scrolls…? Oh god, it’s been so long since this was mentioned! But I always through Inori was the strongest… now I’m curious to see Inori pit off against Kujou. LOL. But I just have this gut feeling Kujou is going die. Just cuz.
Nothing much happened afterwards. Kai unleashed his attack on Kujou (OMG SO COOL considering Kai carries a huge ass sword with him) but Kujou manages to counter it (kinda cool too, if you consider he was wielding just a normal sword). Then the scene switches to:
OMG RANMARU AND GAMA I MISS YOUUUUUUUUU. It was just once page, but it was all I needed to get me going for next week. Cuz that means that the author is going back to their fight!
