Pride, Prejudice, and Ugly Dogs

One of my Christmas presents from this holiday was the BBC miniseries Pride and Prejudice. I never understood the Mr. Darcy hype until now. After watching Disc 1 (the first half) I still did not understand it, thinking he was just emo-broody. But then the second disc won me over, so much to the point that I watched it two more times. I think

I for one think the Chinese crested is an adorable dog. :D

(I *think* that's a Chinese crested... but I could be wrong. It sort of looks like one but it has not footie tufts?)

I can't remember if he is pure breed or a mix of that and chihuahua, but yes he is def at least part chinese crested. He won the world's or US's ugliest dog competition either last year or the year before. I think he is sooo cute, even though he is a bit ugly.

Have you read the book? Mr. Bennett is my favorite character in the book.

No! I really want to : ( I think it is next on my list after my current reads. I need to start setting aside reading time, because I come home and unless I go out to read somewhere I end up cleaning/eating/conversing but not reading.

every dog needs a loving family even ugly ones. That one is actually kind of cute.
