Court went well this morning. The only glitch was the officer was 15 mins. late...supposedly on a call. Before the judge met with us, the cop told me that he'd just get rid of the more expensive ticket if I took the other. So, all said and done, I only owe about $80, as opposed to $200+. Maybe being good does pay off every once in a while.

At any rate, yesterday was crazy. I got to the current work office a little before 9am. Left about 9:55. Deposited my paycheck, put $20 in my gas tank, and took off for what will hopefully be a new office to report to. Filled out a job application. Got to the portion ( Read more... )

Before leaving for my interview this morning, I decided to check out this morning's paper. Right down the street from me, about a 5 min or less walk from my house, some guy was busted at his house by the cops. Not for coke, crack, pot, meth....but for mushrooms. I need to pay $360 to take the licensing class and test. Mom and Dad are going to float me the money. Hopefully, I'll be making sales on my own in a month or so and will be able to pay them back.

The classes and test are Fri and Sat. of next week. If I don't take the classes next week, I'll have to wait til near the end of July to take the exam. ( Read more... )

I have to do laundry, transplant plants, eat and take pills, figure out what i'm going to wear tomorrow, and figure out when I'm going to go to the fucking magistrate to do whatever it is I need to do about those stupid citations. I am soo pissed off. I was on my way to work my whopping 2 hrs (out of 8) with my client today and i got pulled over because, apparently, I had a brake light out. And, of course, I got cited for my car not being inspected and also for my registration being out of date. I didn't even know my registration had expired. This is my first Saturday off in a few months! Woo hoo! The lack of work sucks though.

I don't have anything exciting planned. I'm just going to accompany Mom while she and I take care of errands, re-organize my room and then either do some art related things or ebay things. Or both.
