The corporation I work for has decided to do away with issuing paychecks in the conventional method. After the beginning of the year anyone not on direct deposit will be issued a visa card, which is most of my employees. This visa card will be their new paycheck, and will work anywhere visa will. Here's the fun bit, while the money still resides

Most of my staff are poor, they're not bad off but they do live from check to check for the most part.
