Hey all, Alex here, sorry i haven't been updating for a while but i have been busy with my meets. Let me tell you how they aren't going!! Since my p.r smashing i have finally lost it all and can only manage throwing about my highest to date is 65m. I have lost my edge somehow and i need t get it back quick
