Well what a hectic weekend i had. Friday night i had work like normal 7pm till 3am. After work when i finally got home i had about 2hrs of sleep before i had to get in a car a take a 2 and a half hr drive to a national throwing camp. so i wasn't feeling to good that day. Well, today was the 1st day back at practice. Things were going well, doing my last week of this 4 week program and then it's to the new program that i am writing up.
