Totally fake. I think the thing that made it look the fakest was when they unveiled the snake and they had that "clamp" around its neck. No one would ever restrain a snake like that. And if it really was that dangerous, they probably wouldn't have brought it onto the show. And also, the fact that the cameraman was allowed to be so close to Jimmy after he was bitten was a little weird. Why would they allow him to film everything with his giant camera? I think they'd want to give Jimmy a little room.
