Steve Irwin died. He was apparently stung by a stingray while filming something or other. I don't even know how to respond to that information.

he was invincible! how could a fucking sting ray kill him? i mean, i could understand if it was a crocodile, or a shark or even a really poisonous snake....but a sting ray?

I know! That's exactly what I was thinking, too! Of all the ways to go. I'll tell you one thing, though. I'm not going to take sting rays for granted anymore. Apparently they're hardcore. Hardcore enough to kill Steve fucking Irwin. RIP, Steve.

I'm in complete shock. This is highly random too, I find. At least he died doing what he loved, instead of in a car accident or something like that.

Yeah. It's weird because whenever anyone used to watch that show, someone would always be like, he's going to get himself killed one of these days. But I know what you mean. Better a sting ray than a crazy hobo attack or something.

Yeah well, he was a crocodile hunter. He knew how to handle himself around them, I guess. Too bad. What is worst is that he totally wouldn't have died just from the stingray, but in a one in a million situation, it got him right in the heart. Well, unusual life, unusual death.
