I feel so bad for those hoarders! But yes, it does have me eying my apartment and thinking of getting rid of things. :)

It's always hard to come back to the "real world" after an awesome vacation. :\

It is, unfortunately. The reality is a little harsher with my boyfriend living so far away, but the real world waits for no one. :p

I did the same thing after watching Hoarders, but I had to stop watching after one episode in particular made me gag. Those shows are fascinating for a while, but then there's always a moment when it gets too real (at least for me).

Good luck with job hunting -- needing to do it definitely makes the real world less awesome.

We watched a lot of the more disgusting episodes, but I was fine. I thought I'd get squeamish, but surprised myself. They are very hard to watch sometimes, though.
