I Still Have a Job!

Work has been particularly difficult recently. Last year my company decided on a major 'restructure' where all managers and supervisors would have to reapply for a job - not quite the one they were doing already (due to the reorganisation), but around 80% the same

The worst part was how long it all took. Thank goodness it's all over!

Sounds very stressful. Glad you will still be employed.

I think the waiting was the worst part, especially when we heard some people hadn't been successful.

God, what a stress. I'm so glad it ended well for you. That sounds like a very tough process. I think I do my job fairly well but I wouldn't be good at tests like that.

I'm just relieved it's all over. I know I can do my job, but sometimes proving it can be hard!

The worst part was how long it all took - we knew back in June that this was coming, but then just had to wait.
