I enjoyed this episode. House continues to be my god.

Couldn't help but note afterward that I was reminded momentarily of the Indian fellow in Supernatural last week that people who start a sentence with "the truth is" are liars
It's been a while so I won't go into too much detail. First patient I can recall that wasn't saved. They solved the puzzle but that's as much as could be done.
A very different note to end on. A noticeable difference.
