Yeah, I just left you a comment on my lj, but I agree. Everything about it was weird, from the cupcakes to Ellen inexplicably sleeping with random men to omg!love child and ponies. I'm just trying to roll with it, because if I get hung up on things like "logic" it spins out of control. Damages was always big on stretching suspension of disbelief, but I thought a couple of things were a bit over the top this time. Oh, well. It's still my favorite show of the moment. *pets*
From someone who has never even heard of this show, just the questions and comments on this particular episode make me think I might have to buy the series on DVD, if it's available. And if it isn't yet available, maybe I'll have to wait patiently until it is available.
I'm still hoping to get all the seasons of "Buffy" on DVD again... One step at a time...
It's a series starring Glenn Close as a morally-challenged class action attorney -- a very twisty legal thriller-type show. Very addictive!
You would want to start with the first season (it's one of those shows that you have to watch in order - it wouldn't make any sense if you jump into the middle), and yes, it's out on DVD: here on Amazon, and I'm sure its for sale elsewhere, too.
