I'm a couple of days behind posting this, and I haven't posted in a while, so I have several episodes to catch up on!
First, I am DELIGHTED to see Frobisher back! I love that he hasn't changed at *all*, even though he thinks he has. And while I found it hard to believe that Patty would have made time in her schedule (with everything else going on!) to meet with him and the Hollywood people, it was still priceless watching her skewer him.
Second...I think that in this latest episode, Ellen finally crossed that line and *became* Patty. Yes, her sister lied to her about the drug-dealing, and yes, it's possible that she's adopted and her mother is lying to her about that, but even so, what Ellen did -- and especially the way she did it -- was classic, brutal Patty. My God, how far she has come since the naive young woman in the very first episode of the first season!
I also think that the scene with her driving off (to look for her possible birth mother, I presume) while chaos is unfolding back in NYC was really reminiscent of Patty driving off to the countryside during similar chaos in S1.
Finally -- and this is more about last week's episode -- Tom! :-(
