As most of you know, I am a huge James Bond fan and have watched all the films a million times and own quite a few on dvd. We were discussing 007 at work today and the theme music and which one is our favorite.

I like Duran Duran but that was a very lame theme song . . . I think a James Bond song should have a certain seductive appeal to it with a sense of mystery added to it and a View To Kill lacks both.

Of course, I just LOOOOOVE Tina Turner. Shirley Bassey was awesome too. Shirley Manson does a surprisingly good job since you just don't see her doing that kind of song....

Shirley Manson was the shocker of the bunch because her style of music isnt like this song and she just nails it and shows a certain seductive side. But yeah, Tina Turner can never do anything wrong and she just proved it with that song.
