I felt it was time to focus more on quality than quantity plus since I have changed over the past few years, I thought my friend's list should reflect people that are more to my interest and that actually had something to say that relates to things I am interested in since I do read most

Well, you have been on my friend's list so long that you are considered family now and it takes a lot to get rid of family . . . even when they dont call or write for a while. :-P

You do realize. You made the post explaining why you cut people... and placed it locked to friends list only. So the ones you cut will have no idea why? ;)
