If the antibodies are positive for Hep B but the antigens are negative, then that means you were probably inoculated via a vaccine. If that paper said that your antigens were positive and it was from a vaccine, it is a typo. Plus if your antigens really were positive, then the antibodies should be too. Don't know if this helps at all.
