1. I feel the church has failed me/been benefical to me in what ways?
I think it's benifical in a lot of ways, mostly learning and reminding myself how good God is all the time...

2. The church as a whole is effective/ineffective in our current cultural settings?
I think so...

3. I find church to be a real experience/ a show?
No.

4. The church as a whole has it's hand on the heartbeat of social issues/awareness or they have no clue what is going on?
I think they know what's going on relative to where they are... and of the Nation as a whole.

5. The church is meaningful, somewhat meaningful, has no place in my life?
It's meaningful.

6. What turns me off about church is................?
Greetings.. :P

7. What's more important (a worship service that meets your needs musically and is casual or a place that offers relationship opportunities through outings and gatherings with peers in your age range)
gatherings and worship..

8. My overall opinion of Church is........................?
I like it...
