I just finished the book,"A Severe Mercy" by Sheldon Vanauken. I hardly think I will ever recover.Never has their been a book that has gripped me so emotionally than this one. Truly it will leave you overwhelmed. It is a love story between him and his wife, who dies, and the grief and love of it all .IT also has 18 or so letters that are sent back
