so, I worked again today, but I had the joy of making tags, my career; waiting on the Fletch; listening to people who acted like they know all about the latest technology (and by that I mean within the last 5 years), and don't; waiting on people that had NO IDEA what they were talking about but insisted they needed some piece of equipment they would have no use for even if they knew how to use it; and listen to people complain about the price of a cable: said one guy "I want something cheap though. I don't want to spend 8 or 10 dollars when it's going to be in the back of the computer where I can't see it." ... wow, considering that every cable you'll ever buy is going to be that or more, good luck with that one, buddy. sigh.
I really need to go up and see Keith, and I need to see or even talk to James, I want to see Nathan and Rohit and the Roxellers, I'd like to see Amber and I need to talk to Paulie. I'm thinking road trip to Jersey to see him, first chance I get.
and I miss Andrew, and I can't call him because his phone's dead because he left his charger here. I mailed it to him, but he probably won't get it until tmw. sigh....
and with that, I should sleep, because I need to go pay OCC tmw morning and then come back and call RIT, because somehow I still got a bill for housing even though I'm not enrolled in the school. blech.
