Macbook upgrade

Upgraded my MacBook today with 3gb of memory, and a 320gb hard drive, both bought from OWC. First updated the memory to make sure it was recognized. Officially my model is supposed to only recognize 2gb. Then pulled out the hard drive only to realize I didn't have a the right torx driver (t8). Well, you can always just clear your browser cache.

But if you want to keep Spotlight from looking in those directories, then you can go into your System Preferences -> Spotlight -> Privacy, and add an exclusion for those directories. Generally, your browser cache is in /Users//Library/Caches. Both Safari and Firefox are in there.

Note, I had no idea how to do this until just now when I went to look in the System Preferences and found it. :-)

Should say: /Users/username/Library/Caches
