Verizon Phone

Does anyone have a verizon phone they're not using (because of an upgrade or what have you)? Preferrably one not from the stone age (at least a color screen and a flip phone) that's working? Jenni's phone is messed up. People hear static when they call her and she answers. We went to verizon to see if she could just upgrade her plan to take
