National Anthem

Rene Rancort has sung the national anthem at every B's game that I can remember. He's a "local" celebrity because of it. What transpired at the game tonight, was truly moving. It is a sporting event. In the grand scheme of all that has happened lately, really??!?! A sporting event? It's in these small things, these little things that a city shows

It was due to tragedy that inspired this. Before each Bruins game, it is Rene Rancort who sings the anthem. The crowd typically does not join in. It's in part what made this so moving.
