Ok so me and Dan were just talkign and he told me that he may not be able to do the apt thing because his car broke down this morning so he cant afford it. Well I do understand that but lets say that this happened after we signed the lease, then what would he do. I would be fucked being stuck with the whole rent. He wants my parents to co-sign
